Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer and are considered final sale unless damaged or incorrect due to seller error.

Delivery Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.
